Clean-MBR Bioreactors

Bio-remediation is the best option for reduction of Dissolved Oxygen in water and, in particular, in the removal of BOD, COD, Turbidity and other biological compounds.

Membrane Bioreactors (MBR) integrates membrane separation technology with bio-remediation technology to reject activated sludge and macromolecular organic matter in the bio-tank. This saves the requirement of a secondary sedimentation tank.

The Clean-MBR system is design around a bio-reactor bed and can produce very low waste, and in some cases no waste at all. Our design ensures high efficiency in treating industrial and municipal water and reducing trade waste costs significantly.

The design of the Clean-MBR incorporates the same hollow fibre submerged membranes as Clean-MEM and hence incorporates most of it advantages.
